“The "Whistleblower Channels" are the way to report possible irregularities, breaches or conduct contrary to the law or to the rules of conduct of our Code of Ethics. All reports will be treated with absolute confidentiality and the rights to privacy, defence and the presumption of innocence of the persons under investigation will be guaranteed during the investigation.

Likewise, we inform you that, in any case, you may at any time exercise the rights set out in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, in its Title III "Rights of individuals", Chapter II "Exercise of Rights" Arts. 12-18.
